During the development of the GRANIT™ Super Extreme 2500, much attention was paid to the best possible resistance to attacks with electric battery grinders, as these types of attempts to crack bicycle locks are increasingly observed in large cities. Special material mix of tungsten carbide around the lock bracket and housing is the answer to this phenomenon and makes it extra difficult for thieves. The bracket, housing and load-bearing parts of the lock are made of hardened steel.

This extremely robust U-lock of "Made in Germany" quality protects bicycles against brutal theft attempts. The ABUS XPlus™ cylinder provides additional protection against ingenious burglary methods such as picking.

The USH 2500 lock holder is easy to attach to the bicycle: Plastic-coated metal tension straps and optional screw holes provide flexibility. To prevent the lock from rattling during the journey, it is firmly secured in the USH 2500 with both ends of the bracket.

Thanks to the large size of the bracket, numerous connection options can be found quickly and easily. But thieves have a hard time with this robust bicycle lock: Because even the cordless grinder encounters granite here.
